Looking for an effective, energy-boosting workout? You'll feel more energized and strong with each interval at Orangetheory Fitness in Irvine, California.
Our one-hour group gym sessions, which we like to call the Orange 60, are innovative and backed by science. Using top-of-the-line equipment, your personal trainer will lead you through multiple intervals using treadmill training, indoor rowing, TRX suspension training, and weight training blocks.
During your five zone interval training sessions, you will wear a heart-rate monitor and POD that we will provide, but you do have the option to purchase one from our staff if you prefer. These intervals have been designed to produce 12-20 minutes of training at 84% or higher of your individual maximum heart rate, which translates to zones 4/5. When you are able to achieve this, you gain extra energy and burn extra calories for 24-36 hours after your workout!
If you would like to lose weight, with proper nutrition, you can expect to lose approximately 3-5 pounds a week if you go to 3-5 sessions every week. If you would like to improve your athletic performance, you can expect to see improvement with your speed, strength, and power after attending 2-4 gym sessions every week.
A grand array of membership options are available to choose from, including monthly memberships and prepaid packages—Orangetheory gives you great flexibility. We don't even require you to sign a contract! Whichever membership option is perfect for you, just remember that your first session is always FREE.

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.
Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
